Integration in Apple Carplay

I just opened and you threat because it would be very nice to use Windy with Apple CarPlay!
Do you see any possibility that this will happen?

@tobiasa Hello, thank you for suggestion. At the moment, we cannot say if this feature will be available anytime soon, but we will consider it.

@Korina , I too will welcome Apple CarPlay support of your Windy App. It will assist in navigating during thunderstorms, fierce winds, and other approaching maladies (flooding, road closures before they occur, and downed trees). Localized storms in some parts of America are easy to track, as well as navigate around.

@tomsadlowski Last I heard (from the RadarScope developers), CarPlay is by invitation from Apple only. If this is still the case I wouldn’t count on it anytime soon.

@Korina anything new about a CarPlay integration ? Would be really helpful to just have a Quick Look about rain or snow before start driving anywhere :)

There are now a few weather apps in CarPlay from
Others. So, Apple restriction for a weather app should be fine.
