Integration of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada Weather Radar Data

It is now the middle of June and you haven't added the Carvel radar station. As a paid premium app user this is very disappointing. Please advise when this will be fixed. Putting this on your to do list is not acceptable.

You have mentioned that you are paid user, however I do not see your account marked as Premium. You may need to link the subscription to your account to access Premium features, here is a manual how to do it.

I am a premium user and I would really appreciate this radar being added asap. I am fixed wing Medevac Pilot out of Edmonton and windy is part of my weather checks.

Status Update?

This request for adding Carvel (which serves the capital and major city of the province, including surrounding areas) Has been ongoing discussion since January. Edmonton, is the “state” capital of the province and home to one of two international airports here - including base for our Stars medical airlift services.

There has been 3 bug fixes/updates since - but still not implemented.

It may be on a to-do list, but the results show there is no team or priority on adding.

Is there a team dedicated to this yet, and if so - when is the planned date/release site going to be added? Is it planned in the next bug fix?

@cklink69 Hello, we have recently significantly improved the US radar sources and it is an ongoing process. As I mentioned, we will update the Canadian radars once we have free hands. We are still a smaller team with many projects ahead.

@korina I would just like to add my voice to this conversation. I've been awaiting the Carvel station to be added for 6 months now. I'm happy to see there is ongoing discussion on the matter, but very disappointed in how long this is taking.

I see we have yet another update/build (37.1.9) in August, but still no Carvel/Edmonton radar. It’s been 7 months since this topic, but seems to never make it into any of the 4-5 updates since.

I appreciate you guys saying it’s intended to be added, but clearly it’s not making the task list.

Can we at least find out what build/update is it scheduled for, since it’s intended?

At this point, they clearly don't care and have no intentions of actually trying to get this resolved. The empty promises that 'they're working on it' at this point are even worse than them outright telling us they don't care.

At least have the decency to be honest and tell us the truth.

@lucky644 Hello, we are completely honest here. We are still a small team currently working on multiple projects which consume a lot of our time.

We will add the new radar source once we can.
