Snow icons to the background

There are two data items I need to see when I choose a precipitation+
map in winter -- snow (or rain, perhaps) and temperature. Because the temperature for municipalities is always in the background, it's very hard to see it when covered by the snow icons. Moving temperature to the foreground would help. Since the array of snow icons is very broad, they would remain easily visible in the background.

@randyyhh Hello, for each parameter there is a separate map on Windy such as Temperature, Rain, Thunder or Rain accumulation.
