Morning, I have tried multiple account name changes and tried different forms of purchase, but subscription is not working...please advise why there is any issue with signing up for premium for a total of 6 of my friends.

Hello, what is not working ? The Premium badge near your user name in your post means that you are logged in as Premium user. So you should get Premium features. What is unavailable?

@idefix37 I am signing up some of my friends with a gift subscription. I put my name in for the contact info, credit card information, and it says declined, contact support...there is no number so I am stuck with chat. This has nothing to do with 'my' account, it has to do with the other two people it won't let me sign up.

@richlaskey Hello, if you are having issues with a payment, then there must be some problem with your credit card. Where did you try to make a purchase please?
