Apple Watch Windy forecast complication display errors

I have a brand new Apple Watch 7, and I’ve updated all app versions as well as the iOS.
The Windy complication for Forecast is displaying incorrectly.
- My physical location doesn’t appear (but in the example in the Watch app, it does!)
- The forecast shown on my watch face is not correct. Instead, it is showing the same information as the “example” in the Watch App (which is NOT related to my location).

(https://imgur.com/undefined)- I don’t know if it’s an expected behaviour, but the forecast complication disappears (turns into dashed lines) when I put my wrist down.

thank you for reporting the bug. Unfortunately, this is what happens when a complication does not have access to the internet for a long time. The process of syncing this data is a bit more complicated, but please try doing the following and let me know if it helped.-
Turn on the Windy app on your Apple Watch. ( you can also tap on complication)

Then see if the data in the forecast section is digestible ( if necessary wait a while for the watch to sync, it will take a few seconds at most). After that, the complication should be fine.

If it is not, please go to the menu and from there to "Wind forecast". This uses the network directly to sync and if there is any problem it will show you exactly what it is.
Please let me know if these hints have helped, or if the app shows you any error (in red) or it doesn't helped at all, let me know also and I will look into it further.
The fact that the complication shows up as "dashed line" can be caused by 2 things. Either the app has updated and the complication hasn't yet (it should take a few minutes, it also happened to me), or you have higher privacy standards set on your Apple watch.

Thankyou for the troubleshooting tips.
The forecast within the app works as expected.
The wind forecast also works as expected.I had been accessing both of these (and other features) already.
The complication didn’t update.What did work, was restarting my watch again.
