Alerts for wind forecasts

Currently the alerts are based on only constant wind speed and do not take into account gusts. There is little point having an alert system in this way as it does not provide useful information.

A better solution would be to add gusts as part of the preferences so as to be able to match your criteria more accurately.

@faithfullytuned Hello, yes, the gusts are not taken into account in alerts. We will consider adding this parameter.

I use alerts to try and identify the days when it would be risky to cycle to work due to high winds, but so far it has been a bit inaccurate/unrepresentative with just wind speed as the criteria.

Gust speeds would be significantly better for showing which days will be bad.
