<![CDATA[Will windy be getting the data from the new update to the ECMWF coming in the spring ?]]>I know in the spring/early summer the ECMWF is planning on updating the dynamic core of the models and giving a higher resolution (possibly going near 4-5km). I am just wondering if WINDY will be the place to get that new data, and if it will be locked behind the premium paywall or if there is still a plan to offer some level of free access ?

I went back to the original source material on the ECMWF and it was in their upgrade timeline of achievements by 2025 that they wanted to get a new core while also giving a higher resolution to the HRES model. Then I saw the upgrade notes coming up which I originally thought were for the summer (so like Q2/Q3 of this year) and for the HRES, however I was wrong and the upgrades coming are for Q1 of 2023 and for the ENS not the HRES.

I apologize for the mistake, and possibly getting people to excited.
