Shutting down on my iPad Pro
-
Windy is and has been breaking down on my iPad Pro for a while now. Delated it and downloaded it again but still the same problem. To bring it back to life I have to turn of my iPad and restart it.
This happens when I move my finger along the day line or when I play the isobar chart.
It’s fine on my iPhone.Alex Agnew

Hello @alexagnew, does this occur in the application or on our website? Does it freeze when you play a visualization of different layers and does the issue occur every time you use Windy?
I would recommend uninstalling and installing the application again and enabling 'Graphic compatibility mode' in the Settings (available in the application and on the website).
Please, let me know version iOS, iPad and application (can be found at the bottom of the Menu) so we can try to simulate the issue.

YEs I have noticed this also. I have to restart the app on the iPad several times to every time I want to use it to look at the weather.

Mine is an iPad Pro 9.7 about 4 years old now. Software version 15.3.1. I can't narrow it down to a specific but it seems that I make a selection and slide the day across and it freezes at some point. Close the app and restart is the only solution.

@stevenmogg Hello, have you please tried the Graphic compatibility mode in settings?
-
@korina Same problem. I’m running iOS 15.3.1 on an iPad Pro. When you use the timeline the app freezes and that’s that. Have tried a variety of fixes but it’s persistent.

@thalxx Hello, did you try to turn on the Graphic compatibility mode in settings? Does it also happen in a mobile browser?
