Alerts not working with single condition (wind >10mph)

I am neither receiving alerts on the Android app or via email. Given that we are apparently experiencing the worst storm in 40yrs I think their may be an issue with Windy.
No time condition set.
No wind direction set.
No other weather conditions set.
Battery optimisation off and notifications enabled.
I received one phone notification but nothing since. -
@joelusername ps when I click on the head icon on the browser window it proudly shows me a list of notifications but it never sent me any of them via the app or email.

Please could you show a screenshot of your alert settings?
Remember to save your settings at bottom of the setting table.
