Satellite + wind animation layer

I would suggest that Windy add a layer of animated wind particles to the satellite imagery. This would greatly facilitate the identification of instability zones, cold fronts, troughs.

@siebel Hello, thank you for suggestion, however adding particles to the weather radar would not really contribute to a better readability.
