Premimum subscription desktop and Apple Store

Hello there, I've just subscriped for the premium on the deskstop version but it seems that it is impossible to have access the premium content on the phone using the same account. Is that the way it should work?
In the opposite way if I subscribe on the Apple Store should I be able to connect on deskstop? -
Price yearly membership in web is 18,99 and iTunes 20,99, why is that?
Would really like to purchase premium but don't know which one.

@edf974 Hello, I can see that your desktop order via FastSpring was cancelled, this is why you do not see the Premium features.
For clarification, if you subscribe once whether on desktop or in the app, you can use Windy Premium on all of your devices. -
@groehaz Hello, the prices may slightly vary depending on the market and platform. As I mentioned, one Windy Premium can be used across all your devices.
