Api doesnt return all Spain regions

Hi, i'm using the free api, and checking for all Spain available regions with https://api.windy.com/api/webcams/v2/list?show=regions&key=XXXXXX , I see that are so many provinces that are not listed (Valencia, Alicante..) , and I can see the webcams online in Windy.com

Is there any bug there?
