<![CDATA[Matanuska Valley, Alaska wind models not accurate.]]>Hello, thanks for a great weather product. I use Windy.com on the Alaska Peninsula and find it very accurate. On the other hand, here at home in the Matanuska Valley I find the wind models are incorrect. As you can see by the local Metars. Thanks, keep up the good work!

Using the Observation vs forecast tool, it seems you are right. NAM is probably showing the least bad wind forecast in Matanuska valley. Other models are worse.
