I use <a href="http://Windy.com" rel="nofollow ugc">Windy.com</a> on the Alaska Peninsula and find it very accurate. On the other hand, here at home in the Matanuska Valley I find the wind models are incorrect. As you can see by the local Metars. Thanks, keep up the good work!</p>

<p dir="auto">Using the <em>Observation vs forecast</em> tool, it seems you are right.  NAM is probably showing the least bad wind forecast in Matanuska valley. Other models are worse.</p>
