Receiving weather via HF

Easy to receive weatherfax via HF, however I would like "WindyWeather" to examine users to receive weatherfax for aviators based on certain selected protocols for example, selecting path/route with selected day and time, altitude, wind direction/strength, cloud base, rain projection along selected route/path. Information could be sent via a fax service without graph but to read via text summary. Maybe a low-key easy bandwidth chekbox system for a dial-up speed if have to use data in remote areas.
