EMERGENCY SITUATION need Radar key

My town is currently batting floods. The radar map seems to show that things will get worse but includes symbols that there is no key for and there is no information provided anywhere else. . So I have no idea whether or not I need to get out while I can.

The Radar layer on Windy does not show any additional symbol. You are probably talking about the Rain forecast by weather models (but not by radars !)
The Rain layer only shows lightning or snow symbols, not so difficult to understand what they mean.
If you refer to something else, please show a screenshot.
