Weather Radar Pulsing Effect During Animation

When I’m viewing the live animation of the “Weather Radar” I see a pulsing effect. The rain is there in one image gone the next and back again for the next image throughout the entire animation sequence. This must be a bug, it’s terrible to look at. I’m looking at Australia by the way.
