I luckily don't have any other company that prefers and almost insist on doing business on a public platform, and one that doesn't have a great reputation. Suggest that you provide clients with another viable option for communication.

I agree, they opened the group to everyone which was not the best choice because now it is spam not related to the weather content you are looking for.
