Its been a problem for at least two years. The problem is with your system. We want a fix not just you resetting it every time its reported providing its not on the weekend. I am considering just using a different app for the radar all the time and suspending the subscription given in two years we get no answers and down times up to 3 days.

Can you please advise if you know why it keeps breaking and if you plan to make a permanent fix. Other free weather services still have it up. It would be nice as a paying customer to get some feedback on what your plans are for this rather than we are working on it.
