Similar to the previous thread, but it seems to happen regardless of the web browser when I use Fedora Linux and clearing the cache or totally wiping the browser has no effect. On Windows, no issues, on OpenSUSE, which I have on the same PC, the problem did occur for a short time a few weeks ago, but went away after clearing the cache and history etc.

If I open developer console the first thing I notice is : "device-mobile" manually changing that to desktop does resolve the issue for that session.
