Mobile view when using desktop in some browsers/OSs

Similar to the previous thread, but it seems to happen regardless of the web browser when I use Fedora Linux and clearing the cache or totally wiping the browser has no effect. On Windows, no issues, on OpenSUSE, which I have on the same PC, the problem did occur for a short time a few weeks ago, but went away after clearing the cache and history etc.
If I open developer console the first thing I notice is : "device-mobile" manually changing that to desktop does resolve the issue for that session.

@catbabylon Hello, there could be many factors that affects this such as display resolution or some special settings in your browser. There should not be any issues on Firefox, Chrome or Safari.
