@valsurses Hi, I checked the webcam settings and it should update every 15min, however it always depends on the source.

@korina webcam activity has stopped again... Hasn't uploaded in 15hrs. Not sure why - all the feeds are working as expected. Even checked link through windy https://webcams.windy.com/webcams/stream/1643013511 and the feed displayed the live video - just snapshots are not uploading. Windy says that the page has updated in the last 30min (but same image for the last 15hrs)... Strange...

@eeeevl Hi, there is some issue with processing the download, we will look at it.

@korina since you made changes about 2 weeks ago it was around the 1 hr for updates. This time round the update times have hung around the 1-2 hr mark. But the issue is that the snapshot hasn't updated since the 4th despite the links to live feed working...
Sorry to be a pain in the ass 🤦

@korina just wondering if there has been any progress... Camera still hasn't updated for overa week now. Update times according to web/app are around 2-4hrs (but snapshot still hasn't changed) also the live video feed which points to https://webcams.windy.com/webcams/stream/1643013511 is now unavailable - yet the actual RTSP link feed https://rtsp.me/embed/dt2Y4TbS/ is still up and active

@eeeevl Hello, we currently have an issue with updating RTSP webcams, we will try to resolve it as soon as we can.

@korina ah okay... The camera feed was back up at 0900 UTC and also previous to that about 0700, but since then there has been nothing. Last update 55mins ago, showing image from 0900 (if that helps you work anything out). Thanks for the update 😁
