Charged twice and now have 2 subscriptions

I have purchased a new iPhone, and when I tried to login to my WINDY it automatically charged me for a new subscription. I received a message saying that I had 2 and I could either have two accounts or cancel my other. I’m not sure what to do here, how do I get the money that I paid for the “new” subscription back?

@filipelauren My subscription purchase in Google Play failed so I paid for an annual sub on Windy's web site.. I just looked at my account and I've been charged 3 times.! What's going on.?! ..

@filipelauren Hello, Windy cannot charge you automatically, you have probably accidentally made a second purchase. In this case, you will need to cancel the second subscription in your profile either on the App Store or Google Play, we do not have any control over these platforms:

@lahoof Hello, I can only see one purchase made via desktop (FastSpring). If there is another purchase made via Google Play, please request a refund today, there should not be any issue with it.
