Developing on top of a pre-built layer

Hi there,
Is there any way we can access the layer code and build our own plugin on top of it? I am currently working on a plugin that would massively benefit from having your 'airport' layer code as a starter base and improving it from there.

@korina Hi there, thanks for the reply. I know we are able to build our own, however was wondering if you could tell me if I can access your Airfield data (ICAO, METARs, TAFs) from your API or if I have to use a different API from a different source. I am basically looking to adapt your current 'Airfield' layer, however am willing to build it from the bottom if I can't have access to the current 'Airfield' layer code.

@zach11 Hello, you will not be able to access Airfield data through our API, it is not a part of it.
