Partnering with SaveEcoBot to release the most complete radiation monitoring network for Ukraine
-
We have entered into a partnership with SaveEcoBot, an independent platform for Air Quality data, to publish the most thorough network of radiation monitoring stations in Ukraine.
SaveEcoBot is an environmental map and chatbot with an independent air quality sensors network run by non-profit organisation SaveDnipro with an aim to defend environmental rights of the people in developing countries.
Our cooperation allows us to display radiation readings from a broad spectrum of environmental data sources in Ukraine and offer them in an easy-to-access way to our users and other affected communities for free.
New: Station detail and data archive
This update also brings a new station detail with data archive for the last 7 days.
Besides that, the detail contains a chart showing the frequency of readings for each station, time of the last update and average update interval.
Where to find radiation stations
Radiation feature is located in the bottom right menu together with other POI stations. If you do not see them on the panel, open More layers and select Radiation from there.
Radiation monitoring stations in Europe are available for desktop and mobile browsers. Android and iOS apps will get the Radiation feature with the upcoming update in the following weeks.
