Premium Subscription not working...again!

I have a Premium subscriptions started in December 2021. For the second time in a couple of weeks, I get a "restore purchases" window. When I enter in my "order reference number" I get a message saying "there is already an active Windy Premium subscription for that this account." So, why is my Premium subscription not working and why does this keep happening?????? Frustrated!

@waynefaas Hello, I can see your subscription is active since December. Does this message appear on desktop or in the app?

I have a premium subscription and I keep getting a request to upgrade to premium. On an ipad it is not only bothersome but it obscures the view. Very annoying. Please advise fix.

@sergio-scheer @Daevoan Hello, I can see you have a Premium badge next to your profile, therefore you should have access to Premium features as long as you are logged in with the same account. Could you please confirm?

@daevoan Glad to hear that. As I mentioned, you were probably not logged in with your Premium account, this is why you couldn't use Premium.
