Professional license - clarifications regarding a "session"?

The chart for the Professional license currently states:
Sessions Per Day: 10 000 * can be increased by agreement-
What counts as a "session"? Each JS API request? (To which call? windyInit()? L.popup?) The number of concurrently active maps at any given time? I have no way of accurately estimating usage without being aware of this.

How can we determine an increase to permitted sessions on the license? Amount? Cost? For what time period? How are changes to this managed?

The sessions limit can be increased upon agreement. In that case, we would need to know more about your project.
