Australia Weather radar missing data again.

This is becoming very regular. We have lost the weather data again for all of Australia. It was out yesterday then came back and now out again. This is the third time this month that I have seen and often it goes out for multiple days before fixed. Can you please advise why this is broken so often. Its becoming very irritating and we never get answers. You clearly have a connection problem with Australia BOM as they supply the data and other sites have that data, the problem is with Windy or your relationship with BOM. Please escalate this issue for a permanent fix and report back.

The Radar is back up for Australia but the very regular failure needs a root cause analysis and paying members need an answer on what is going on. Is this something you are prepared to fix or do Australian paying customer have to accept Windy had no intention of fixing a very long term ongoing failure of this important part of the service and app. I understand this is not a paid part but it is a part that I use often and without it so often makes the service and app far less useful.

@ianspencer Hello, there were couple of data outages directly on the provider side and we are not able to affect them. If there is any outage, we always try to resolve it as soon as possible and display data once they are available again. Thank you for understanding.

There are multiple apps that use the same BOM data and yours is the only one that seems to go down. They are free apps so how do they have data feed when you don't if its a provider issue?

@ianspencer Hello, we are not aware of what provider other apps use, there have been outages from the provider side in the last couple of weeks, which have been resolved. We always try our best to bring the radar back as soon as we can.
