Did a sign-up for premium.  You guys billed me twice and 72 hours later, I still do not have a premium account. Trying on a new device today, still not premium.  Hate to do CC chargeback for fraud, but not sure what else to do. You seem to have no customer support that I can find other than this.</p>

To restore your subscription, please follow these steps:</p>

<li>Go to desktop and login to your account</li>
<li>Open the Windy Premium offer and click on Restore purchases</li>
<li>Enter your order ID (I have sent it to you via PM)</li>
<li>Click on Restore</li>
