      I cannot seem to find anywhere else to get support, so trying here. Did a sign-up for premium. You guys billed me twice and 72 hours later, I still do not have a premium account. Trying on a new device today, still not premium. Hate to do CC chargeback for fraud, but not sure what else to do. You seem to have no customer support that I can find other than this.

        @duselton Hello, you did have 1 duplicate purchase of Windy Premium, which I have refunded, you should receive the funds within a few days.
        To restore your subscription, please follow these steps:

        Steps to follow:

        1. Go to desktop and login to your account
        2. Open the Windy Premium offer and click on Restore purchases
        3. Enter your order ID (I have sent it to you via PM)
        4. Click on Restore
