Not getting premium account

I cannot seem to find anywhere else to get support, so trying here. Did a sign-up for premium. You guys billed me twice and 72 hours later, I still do not have a premium account. Trying on a new device today, still not premium. Hate to do CC chargeback for fraud, but not sure what else to do. You seem to have no customer support that I can find other than this.

@duselton Hello, you did have 1 duplicate purchase of Windy Premium, which I have refunded, you should receive the funds within a few days.
To restore your subscription, please follow these steps:Steps to follow:
- Go to desktop and login to your account
- Open the Windy Premium offer and click on Restore purchases
- Enter your order ID (I have sent it to you via PM)
- Click on Restore
