      How do I cancel my subscription or make sure it does not renew?

        @deannelamb Hello, to cancel the subscription, you have to go to a platform you are originally subscribed to since we don’t have any control over these platforms:

        App Store – https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039
        Google Play – https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&hl=en

        For desktop purchases, please visit – https://windy.onfastspring.com/account.

                  @rodnnell Hi, did you access your subscription management in Fastspring with this email rod******up@hotmail.com? You made the purchase with this email address instead of the one, you use in Windy account.
