How do I cancel my subscription or make sure it does not renew?

@deannelamb Hello, to cancel the subscription, you have to go to a platform you are originally subscribed to since we don’t have any control over these platforms:

@rodnnell Hi, did you access your subscription management in Fastspring with this email rod******up@hotmail.com? You made the purchase with this email address instead of the one, you use in Windy account.

@rodnnell I am sorry, I cannot handle that from our end, since the refund is made by Fastspring I only managed it there.
