Ability to use Hex Codes when customising layer colours

Being able to use Hex Codes when customising the colour pallet of layers would be much easier than using the colour picker that is currently available and would be an amazing addition

Hex codes are easily converted to RGB codes. And RGB code is directly accessible in colour settings.
At bottom of colour setting page find the line Import/export
Click [view code] to open a window pop up displaying RGB codes as:
[step,[R,G,B]],
Modify the RGB code, and steps of colour scale if you want.
Press [Import Gradient]
Press Save
