@yusotrading Hello, does this issue occur every time? What browser do you use please?
-
@korina yes every time. We use Google Chrome Version 100.0.4896.75
-
@yusotrading What is the location, where this happens?
-
This error also occurs using the Microsoft Edge browser, and on the Android app. Please note that I have the premium version and this error happens only with the "1-hour" data; the 3-hour data still shows all the wind models. My location is Phoenix, Arizona. USA.
-
Esse erro também ocorre comigo. Meu navegador só Google, celular Android
-
I have the same issue. One hour forecast and the "wind" and it keeps spinning. Works if "basic" is selected instead of "wind" but that's not much help on a wind app!
-
@korina
Easy to replicate. Here on iPad, 1h setting, and switching from Basic to Wind -
@idefix37 Hi, is this in the app or in the browser (Edge)?
-
@korina
In the iOS app for iPad. I checked my iPhone and got the same colors but only during 1 second. Then the detailed wind forecast appeared correctly. -
@idefix37 @Danielpa40 @jmach-0 @jonbronwen @YusoTrading Hello, we are currently working on fixing this issue, thank you all for reports! It should be fixed within a few minutes.
