Email change - subscription on FastSpring still using old email

Hi there,
I recently changed my email associated with Windy.com account. The change went smooth it's all ok, however, today I got a subscription update to my old email address. When I tried to login to FastSpring I had to use my old email address. There is no way to change the address on FS checkout page, neither they provide any contact details. How can I update my info with them? Do I need to cancel the subscription and set it up again using the new email address?
