Compass direction off 90° in this app only

My compass direction is always about 90° off to the left (north points west). Calibration is fine in Google maps and other "map" apps. Running Android mobile app. Don't see a "calibrate" function within site.

Where do you see a compass in Windy?
Could you provide a screenshot showing this compass?

In radar screen, arrow swings with the phone

Yes, forget this arrow. It is known it does not give the North direction. Just nothing.
