Hi i am a Italian civil protection volunteer, I live in Liguria on of the most rainy place in europe ( last year we have beat the record of 742 mm/12 h in Rossiglione(GE)) so for us is very important to check te weather and prepare our equipment and ourself in case of important weather event. It's possible to have account premium only for the volunteer obvisuly?
