I see no evidence that I have ever gotten this premium subscription that I paid for. Both desktop app and mobile still act like they want me to buy it to do certain functions which makes me believe I am also not getting my more frequently updated data. Paid almost a month ago. Yes, have logged out and back in almost every day. No real support channel or mechanism, I guess I just go the fraud route with PayPal.

Your Premium is activated, you can tell by the Premium batch by your username here.
When you open a detailed forecast, you should be able to open the 1-hour forecast, on our website, you should be able to open a 3D view as a Premium member.
Do you see a Premium batch by your profile picture in the application/on the website?
