      Can any help me? I thought I had canceled my premium subscription but it still ended up charging me. How can I get in contact with customer service?

        @omegafalcon Hello, if you want to cancel your subscription, you will need to go to platform, where you originally subscribed to Windy Premium. It is either App Store, Google Play or FastSpring (desktop).

        If you subscribed via desktop (FastSpring), you can manage your subscription at https://windy.onfastspring.com/account.
