I want a refund!
So, on a very windy day I was looking at the differences between the basic, free, app version and the premium on the App Store. The premium annual subscription was listed at $2.79/month or thereabouts and one could cancel at any time. So, I figured, let’s try it for a month.
Ya know, the premium reaaaaally doesn’t give me any benefits, especially as where we are located there are no active weather radar services your app uses, and the hourly updates vs. the free are still pretty loosey-goosey. So, I opted to cancel the subscription.
And…. No refund, because… FALSE ADVERTISING!
I’ve literally used the app 3 times and it really is of no use to me.
And it’s such an awesome amazing app there doesn’t seem to be any way to connect except through open forum, so here we are!
(And how cute is it that I’m limited to posting only every 2 minutes because I’m a new user… which gave me time to add this particular gripe. Awesome product /s)

@alyse Hello, we do not offer Windy Premium in form of monthly subscription, we have 2 options and they are both annual subscriptions. The calculated monthly price is just overview of cost difference between those 2 options.
To cancel the subscription, you have to go to a platform you are originally subscribed to since we don’t have any control over these platforms.
