I payed via PayPal for a primum yearly annual and it doesn't work, I also didn't get a replay mail from fastspring so I can't even restore it. please advise

You can manage your subscription on platform, where you purchase it. It is either App Store, Google Play or FastSpring - https://windy.onfastspring.com/account.
