What do others think for the Atlantic Hurricane Season 2022?
I've been tracking the ingredients since early March and think we're on for a monster of a season.
Tropical Storms - 14
Hurricanes - 7
Major - 3
Tropical Storms - 28
Hurricanes - 13
Major - 7
Appreciate this will look bullish, but La Nina reversal, 27c sea temperatures on 10 degree north already, I think we're in for a potentially record breaking year.
Let me know what you think!
Pre-season forecasts issued by NOAA, Colorado State University, University of Arizona and North Carolina State University
show slightly above-average activity
with 14–21 named storms, 7–9 hurricanes and 3–5 major hurricanes.
