Hi guys, it's raining here this morning in Ireland, has been all night and will be for a day or 2...the app says no rain at all

How you can say the app says ….no rain at all.
Here is the forecast of ECMWF in Windy, and all weather models available in Ireland (GFS, ICON, NEMS) say the same in the app:
