i dont know maybe this is a weather map and some of us like to use something called radar but for whatever reason its grayed out in premium. Unreal

Are you referring to the Weather radar layer? Which shows this type of map:

In the dark grey areas there is no weather radar.
What is a weather radar?

If you refer to the Rain, thunder layer, it has nothing to do with radar.
