I am charged for it, but when I try to login on the app, it says it can’t restore them because I need to link the account to my apple account that I purchased it through, but I didn’t purchase through my Apple account. Very frustrating

Apparently you are logged in here as Premium user, as shown by the badge near your name.
Do you mean that you can log in the website with your Premium account, but not in the mobile app with the same account?
