Failure to pay for premiums.

I attempeted to pay for the premium on PayPal today. But after i purchased it on PayPal, i didn't got anything.
PayPal shown the instructions as follow:
I wonder to know if i will get my money back days later or i will get my premium soon?
That could be useful for me to purchase windy's premium after i make these deal clear.

@youngbilibili Hello, our system shows that the payment did not go through. Are you sure that the amount was deducted from your PayPay account? If yes, please send us the payment confirmation at support@windy.com. Otherwise, I would recommend to try placing order again and choosing a different payment method.

@korina Thanks for your reply, PayPal informed me that it is just an advance payment right now. Since there have no payment at all, i think my money will get back soon.
