Submit or Add Webcams?

Hello,
I'd like to recommend YouTube live stream webcams be added to the Webcams layer. For example, Virtual Rail Fans channel on YouTube runs a ton of live streams all over the United States - in addition to the train action on those cameras you also can see the local weather live. Most of their streams run for MONTHS at a time. I'm happy to help place these cameras on the map if I have that ability or if someone could otherwise consider adding YouTube live streams that would be great!
