Double billed

I attempted to subscribe to premium, and it didn't seem to work. I tried again, and it didn't work again. I then jumped through some hoops to get into FastSpring and can see that it charged me for two subscriptions for the same email address. I was able to finally get Windy to enable the premium features by "restoring" one of the codes, but obviously I shouldn't be charged for two subscriptions for the same email. Please help me get this resolved.

Now when I log in to Windy, my premium doesn't show up. I get a message about trying to restore a subscription using a FastSpring reference, but I don't have the reference number. Gmail flags FastSpring emails as spam and deletes them in 30 days.
You said you left my subscription active having reference number WINDY2205**-****-**118. I need you to provide me this number by email so that I can get it working, or just reactivate my subscription so it works when I log in.
