Why does the 3D feature not work for me

@ctoz Hello, do you have the latest Safari version? Also are there any errors in the Error console when you try to open the 3D view?

Rain accumulation is already available on Windy.

@idefix37 Oop sorry, I meant accumulating rainfall, as in a 10 day progression of accumulating rainfall, not total accumulated rainfall. As in one that progresses hour by hour over 10 days, much like the forecast runs.

@ctoz Hello, does the issue with the 3D globe still prevail? Have you updated your Mac?

@korina Unfortunately they do. I have updated my Mac and Safari to the latest versions. However, the rest of the premium experience has been going well. Thanks, Josh

@ctoz Hi, could you please try to reinstall your Safari browser to see if it has any effect on the performance of 3D globe?
