Topographic Map feature Not Working

Using Chrome browser on Windows computer- can not get topographic layer & outdoor layer to work- the map is just grey. -After a while trying to zoom in and out, the map goes completely gray with only wind direction being shown- has anyone experienced this?

@kristen-lamake Hello, is there any error message in the Error console? Please post a screenshot.
You can choose between touristic or satellite map in settings.

@korina Thank you for the reply. -I have to be doing something wrong. This fall I was able to access the website fine; I can not seem to get any layers besides the satellite layer to display. 
Any suggestions?

I would recommend to update your Chrome browser to the latest version and turn on "Graphic Compatibility mode" in Windy's settings.
