I bought subscription and IT is note working. Initially it worked but today IT redirects me to payment. Dariusz.

@dariusz-rutkowski Hello, you have a Premium badge next to your profile, that indicates you have access to Premium features already. Please remember, Premium is tied to your Windy account. If you want to use it on all of your devices, you need to use the same account.

I use app on single device only. The same account all the time. How van I fix it?

@dariusz-rutkowski Hello, I recommend to log out from your account in the app and login again. If the payment windows is shown, it means you are probably logged in with a wrong account that is not Premium. Here you are clearly Premium.
