Premium is already activated for your account, you can tell by the Premium batch you have here on the forum next to your username.
To get to Premium features in the application/on the website, you need to log in with the same account you are logged in here.
Once you are logged in, you should see a Premium batch right under your profile picture (upper-right corner on the website, lower-right corner in the app).
